En route, view the First Bend of the Yangtze River.
One of the world’s top ten most beautiful gorges and the deepest gorge of the Yangtze River, located between Haba Snow Mountain and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
AAAA-rated scenic area (approx. 90 minutes).
Day Plan 7.2
It houses the world’s largest three-dimensional golden Kalachakra mandala, inlaid with the Seven Treasures of Tibetan Buddhism.
The mandala was personally consecrated and named by a Panchen Lama.
Features a 21-meter-high, 20-ton Kalachakra Buddha statue, symbolizing the “Wheel of Time”—representing omniscience and the past, present, and future.
In the evening, enjoy a Tibetan traditional song and dance performance (approx. 120 minutes), featuring roasted yak hotpot, butter tea, barley wine, Tibetan snacks, and roast chicken.
